At MRBL Steak and Sushi, we blend the artistry of sushi with the bold flavors of fine steak, creating a unique dining experience for our guests. We are dedicated to excellence in both cuisine and service, and we’re seeking a talented Sushi Roller to join our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality sushi and sashimi using traditional techniques and fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and innovate menu offerings.
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained.
• Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sushi Roller in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of sushi techniques, seafood preparation, and flavor pairings.
• Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift

Experience:

• Sushi: 1 year (Preferred)
• Culinary: 2 years (Preferred)
• Fine dining: 1 year (Required)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Bellevue, KY 41073 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Bellevue, KY 41073: Relocate before starting work (Required)
