Position Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Pouristas and Kitchen Staff to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who love coffee, craft beer, and great food, and who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality craft coffee and craft beer according to company standards
• Greet and engage with customers with friendly, authentic hospitality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service and kitchen areas
• Assist in food preparation and plating of light menu items
• Follow health and safety guidelines and store policies
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in coffee service, food service, or hospitality preferred but not required
• Passion for craft beverages and food
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Must have Food Handler Certificate
• Must have Responsible Beverage Training Certificate
