The position requires strong quantitative skills, business savvy to understand and advance client marketing goals, a technical mind with the attention to detail and patience to troubleshoot within the latest ad tech platforms, and a desire to be part of a tightly-knit team that’s out to change the industry.

  • Build and regularly update forecasts for media performance based on conversion targets and/or available budget and communicate their ability to accurately predict performance based on basic statistics metrics observed
  • Establish and maintain data connections for clients leveraging data visualization tools such as Datorama
  • Provide recommendations for data visualizations and develop ad hoc client-facing reporting and visualizations leveraging Excel, PowerPoint and Python to illuminate insights
  • Assist in automating reporting processes that enable the business to scale, gaining a thorough understanding of major media platforms and how to collect data from each
  • Learn about, and leverage, Adtech/Martech capabilities via vendor research, training, and use case development
  • Become an expert on your client’s tech stack and how data assets are leveraged for targeting and measurement

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in paid media/marketing analytics, statistics, digital media buying, engineering or ad tech
  • Strong background in analytics / statistics with experience working with big data sets
  • Knowledge of programming languages to aid in analysis (e.g. SQL, Python)
  • Experience with visualizing data within online platforms (e.g., Datorama, Looker, PowerBI) and/or the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Some knowledge of digital marketing measurement solutions (e.g. MMM, Attribution, Lift / Incrementality Testing, Data Clean Rooms)
  • Site Analytics experience (GA4 / Adobe)
  • Appetite for learning new technologies and interest in automating workflows through the use of AI
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong ability to create and build relationships
  • Ability to apply innovative thinking to solve complex client marketing challenges
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay close attention to details
  • Ability to contribute to fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based environment
