Provide personalized customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Assist clients in understanding their insurance benefit options
Respond to questions about policies, coverage, and claims
Schedule and lead virtual consultations with new and existing customers
Maintain product knowledge to guide clients in making informed decisions
No prior customer service or insurance experience required
High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using basic technology (Zoom, email, etc.)
18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
