We are seeking a licensed Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician who is passionate about holistic beauty, relaxation, and whole-body wellness. This role is ideal for someone who loves blending advanced skin treatments with nurturing, spa-inspired care while understanding the powerful connection between oral health, inflammation, lymphatic flow, and skin vitality.
You will provide personalized facials and gentle laser services designed to support skin health, balance, and radiance while complementing our biologic dental care and oral-systemic wellness approach.
Holistic Skin & Wellness Consultations
Perform intuitive, in-depth skin assessments that consider oral health, inflammation, lymphatic drainage, lifestyle, nutrition, stress, and hormonal balance
Design customized treatment plans focused on long-term skin health and whole-body harmony
Laser & Advanced Skin Treatments
Provide gentle, effective laser services such as hair removal and skin rejuvenation
Support collagen stimulation, pigmentation balance, and skin clarity using wellness-centered protocols
Spa-Inspired Facial & Body Treatments
Deliver customized facials using organic, non-toxic, and biologically supportive products
Incorporate lymphatic drainage, facial massage, and relaxation techniques that support circulation, detoxification, and oral-systemic health
Education & Product Guidance
Educate clients on the connection between skin health, oral inflammation, and overall wellness
Recommend clean, non-toxic skincare and lifestyle practices that align with Sage Dental Wellness values
Clinical Care & Safety
Maintain medical-grade sanitation standards while preserving a calm, spa-like atmosphere
Ensure treatment rooms feel peaceful, grounded, and restorative
Exceptional Client Experience
Create a nurturing, tranquil experience where clients feel cared for, heard, and educated
Build long-term relationships rooted in trust, comfort, and wellness
Current State Esthetics License
Certified Laser Technician (CLT) or equivalent laser certification
Passion for holistic, biologic, and non-toxic skincare
Understanding of anatomy, physiology, lymphatic health, and skin conditions
Warm, calming presence with excellent communication skills
