4+ years with SOAR tools: Cortex XSOAR, Splunk SOAR, IBM Resilient
Experience in SOAR playbook development
Strong scripting skills: Python, JavaScript/Groovy
JIRA integration using REST APIs & automation rules
Knowledge of JIRA workflows/configurations
Cybersecurity operations knowledge: incident response, threat intelligence, alert triage
