Are you a master of visual world-building who can dream up a massive creative concept and then get your hands dirty actually designing it? Do you know how to capture the electric energy of the holidays, the fresh slate of Back-to-School, or the vibe of a new season and translate it into an unforgettable physical experience?
This high-impact contract role runs through at least January 2027 and operates on a dynamic hybrid schedule (2–3 days onsite per week). You’ll get the perfect blend of remote focus time and high-energy, in-person collaboration at corporate headquarters—diving into store walkthroughs, physical prototyping, and creative reviews.

Responsibilities
- Build Immersive Seasonal Worlds: Take the helm on major seasonal moments, architecting high-level creative concepts and themes that define the in-store guest experience and ripple across multiple brand channels.
- Concept and Create from Scratch: Go from the initial spark of an idea all the way to final asset delivery. You’ll weave typography, layout, and visual storytelling into show-stopping physical and digital assets.
- Design for the Third Dimension: Translate flat concepts into breathtaking, customer-facing retail environments. You'll ensure your visual narrative feels seamless whether a guest is looking at a sign, a display, or a digital screen.
- Craft Jaw-Dropping Presentations: Build stunning pre-production decks, mood boards, and campaign visions that effortlessly sell your artistic direction to executive creative leaders and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with a Creative Dream Team: Partner daily with an internal powerhouse of writers, producers, marketers, and fellow designers, translating feedback into elite, business-driving creative solutions.
- Influence the Lens (Bonus Points): Bring your optional (but highly celebrated) photo art direction skills to the table to help guide product, talent, and style shoots that align perfectly with your seasonal vision.
Portfolio: The company requires a portfolio presented with conceptual strength, flawless typography, composition, and high-craft standards across retail, brand, or seasonal marketing campaigns.
