Join Our Team as a Credit Card Call Center Representative – San Antonio TX (100% Onsite)
We’re looking for motivated individuals with great communication skills and a passion for customer service to join our dynamic team. This role offers great growth potential and the possibility of permanent placement.
- Candidates will speak with customers in English and Spanish.
Training Schedule (First 8 Weeks): Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Shifts (Post-Training):
- Shift Hours: You will be assigned a structured 8-hour shift post training.
- Shift: 8 hour shift between 10:30am to 11:00pm
- The Work Week: 5 days a week. Must work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
- Days Off: Split days off (e.g., Sunday + Tues/Wed/Thurs). Days off are not consecutive.

Responsibilities
The Opportunity & Commitment - Job Title: Credit Card Call Center Representative
- Speak with customers in English and Spanish
- Pay: $20.00 per hour, paid weekly!
- Location: 100% On-Site in San Antonio, TX 78251. Remote work is not available.
- Contract with Opportunity for Extension or Temp to Hire

Training & Start Dates - Training Schedule (8 Weeks, Paid): Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Attendance Note: Time off during the 8-week training period is not approved and missed time during training can lead to the end of the assignment.
Your Daily Impact - As a Representative, you will handle a high volume of calls (approximately 75-100 per shift), acting as the first point of contact for credit card account holders.
- Assist customers with credit card account inquiries, payment details, balance reviews, and profile updates.
- Maintain a customer-first mindset while managing a high call volume, particularly during early-morning shifts.
- Facilitate seamless "warm transfers" to other departments.
- Meet performance metrics (Average Handle Time, Quality Assurance scores) with regular feedback to ensure your success.
