• Pay Rate:$74.00 per hour (W2 Only)

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple Application Development projects supporting the Automobile Sales and Logistics organization. This role is responsible for managing projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring successful delivery while balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing enterprise application development projects, comfortable leading teams in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Manage multiple enterprise application development projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Forecast project timelines and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions between IT and business stakeholders.
• Develop business cases and define project goals, deliverables, milestones, and required resources.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and executive-level updates).
• Prepare executive presentations for leadership and project governance meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across multiple business and technology groups.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party deliverables.
• Assign project tasks, monitor progress, and ensure successful project execution.
• Drive issue resolution while maintaining project scope, schedule, and quality objectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of experience Project Managing enterprise Application Development projects.
• Strong experience managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• SAFe Agile experience required.
• Scrum Master experience required.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and resource management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business and IT organizations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficient in Clarity/Open Workbench or MS Project and MS Office (Word/Excel/Visio/Powerpoint)
• Excellent communications skills both written and oral.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Experience within the Automotive industry.
• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Application Development is a plus
