About the Role:
Aftermarket Experience: Interns will work alongside our Vehicle Aftermarket team members to gain hands-on exposure while providing administrative support for clients, internal partners and vendors. Responsibilities include assisting with inbound and outbound vendor communications, supporting purchase order processing, preparing weekly reports, and reviewing new requests for accuracy to support efficient Case processing during periods of high volume.
Peer Collaboration: Interns will work closely with one another to ensure timely Purchase Order processing, as well as acquiring and proactively communicating statuses. Interns are empowered to create strategies and processes that align with both individual strengths and team dynamics, fostering a collaborative, hands-on learning environment.
Mentorship & Feedback: Each intern is paired with a current Aftermarket supervisor as well as our trainers who provide guidance, support, and regular feedback to foster growth and development throughout the program.
Professional Development: Interns are expected to demonstrate professionalism in all interactions and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Time management skills are essential, as interns will be responsible for meeting deadlines and balancing multiple assignments.
This is a hybrid position reporting to our Fleet Operations center at 2281 Ball Dr., St. Louis, MO 63146. This role will be Monday - Friday with a requirement to work in office 2 to 3 days per week and a starting pay of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
Provide administrative support for the installation of aftermarket equipment (AME) on EFM client vehicles
Serve as administrative point of contact for AME vendors, delivering consistent, high-quality customer service to foster strong relationships
Request, collect, and process electronic documents required for purchase and installation of AME
Work with internal teams and external vendor partners via phone, email, websites, and mail to coordinate installations, resolve issues, confirm order details, and ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks
Monitor and verify vendor completion timelines, providing timely vehicle progress updates
Review vendor status reports to ensure accuracy and progress, as assigned
Send and confirm receipt of purchase orders to AME vendors via email and phone
Accurately document all actions and communications in Salesforce and other relevant systems

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications include:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must live in the St. Louis Metropolitan area during Summer 2026
Must be a Junior or above, enrolled full-time for the Fall 2026 semester in a College or University
Open to all majors. Business related degrees preferred.
Ability to work Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week starting May 18th - July 31st
3 months administrative experience and/or 6 months customer service experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Work from Home (WFH) Requirements:
Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a terrestrial cable or fiber provider (no DSL or satellite)
High-speed Internet connection with a minimum validated upload speed of 5Mb and download speed of 25Mb is required. Connection latency must be less than 100ms. (Please validate using a speed test tool such as )
