salary: $21.32 - $21.33 per hour

Responsibilities

Position Summary: Support a professional department by independently resolving moderately complex administrative problems, gathering data, and facilitating team communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare complex documentation, reports, financial charts, and tracking spreadsheets.

  • Manage business calendars, coordinate appointment scheduling, and handle meeting/travel logistics.

  • Prioritize and resolve inbound phone, email, and in-person inquiries.

  • Collect, compile, and analyze moderately complex data to coordinate special team projects.

  • Serve as an operational liaison between internal business departments and external groups.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive and complex administrative support experience.

  • Exceptional computer literacy, data analysis skills, and attention to detail.

  • Must pass full background check and drug screen onboarding clearances.

  • Willingness to fulfill compliance requirements, including references and standard health verifications if needed.
