10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W‑2 Class A CDL drivers based in Attalla, AL. Candidates with limited or no professional driving experience are eligible for a paid Class A training program. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, with operations primarily east of I‑35. The company offers steady freight, reliable home time, late‑model equipment, and comprehensive benefits effective from the first day of employment.

• Compensation: $1,400 to $1,800 per week (exact pay depends on experience and route). Pay is issued weekly via direct deposit.
• Employment: Stable W‑2 employment with year‑round freight and consistent work.
• Training: Fully paid three‑ to five‑week training program available for eligible recent CDL school graduates who meet the minimum instruction requirement (at least 120 hours). Training covers safe tractor‑trailer operation, compliant ELD use, trip reporting, pre‑trip/post‑trip inspections, and company procedures. Trainee progress is assessed through supervised driving and competency evaluations prior to solo assignments.
• Equipment: Assigned late‑model tractors (2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth).
• Home time: Reliable home time—weekly or every two weeks, depending on fleet assignment.

Typical duties

• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Perform required pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and follow company maintenance reporting procedures.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.

Qualifications

• Candidates with limited or no professional driving experience may qualify for the paid training program if they are recent CDL school graduates and meet the minimum instruction requirement (at least 120 hours).
