* Training: Paid Training
* Payment Cycle: Twice a month
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with inquiries and provide effective support by resolving their issues.
* Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
■ Requirements
* 1+ year in a customer service role or similar experience.
* Stable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
* Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
* Ability to speak Englishand Portuguese fluently.
