Position: Unarmed Security Guard
Shifts Available: Monday-Wednesday 6:00AM-8:00PM
Start Date: Immediate hiring for qualified applicants
Pay Rate: $16-$17/hour (holiday pay at time and a half)
Pay Frequency: Weekly (every Friday)

Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is punctual, reliable, and presents themselves professionally at all times . As a security guard, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, which means professionalism and respect are non-negotiable . You should be a team player with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle security operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time and stay on schedule —reliability is critical.
• Maintain a professional appearance —uniform must be clean, and personal grooming should be impeccable.
• Represent JS Security Consulting with integrity and professionalism at all times.
• Follow and enforce security protocols while demonstrating respect for colleagues and company values.
• Work well in a team environment —treat others with respect and collaborate effectively.
• Proactively identify and address security concerns before they escalate.
• Adhere to site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth security operations.
• Assist in developing and training staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid unarmed (State of Tennessee)
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Reliable work history with a proven track record of professionalism
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Professional in appearance and demeanor
• Familiarity with security and safety procedures and devices
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
• Prior leadership experience in security, military, corrections, or law enforcement.
• Experience with security training, SOP development, and post orders.

Interview Process:

• First interviews will be conducted through Indeed Video Call or Phone call.
• Candidates who pass the first round will be invited to a second interview via Google Meet.
• Dress appropriately for both interviews. Professionalism starts before you’re on the job.
• Punctuality is a must. If you show up late or are inappropriately dressed, you will not be considered.

• Nashville, TN 37213: Relocate before starting work (Required)
