5 Native English Speaking Instructor wanted – Nature & Storytelling Summer Camp
Location: Hangzhou (Xixi Wetland & Botanical Garden areas)
Compensation: 300 RMB/hour (Total: 1,200 RMB/day)
Working Hours: 4 hours per day (Morning sessions, approx. 09:00 – 13:00)
About the Program:
We are hosting a unique 5-day Project-Based Learning (PBL) summer camp designed to help students connect with nature and find their voice. Unlike traditional classroom teaching, this camp takes place outdoors in the beautiful Xixi Wetlands and Botanical Gardens. We are looking for energetic, creative native speakers to guide students through exploration, storytelling, and creative expression.
Key Responsibilities:
● Facilitate Outdoor Exploration (Day 2): Lead students on nature walks, encouraging observation and discussion in English to gather素材 (material) for their projects.
● Storytelling Workshop (Day 3): Conduct a "Storytelling" workshop, teaching students how to structure narratives and express their ideas with emotion and clarity.
● Creative Mentoring (Day 4): Provide 1-on-1 coaching to students as they create their final works (picture books, videos, or posters), helping them polish their language and presentation skills.
● Engage & Inspire: Create a supportive, English-only environment where students feel confident to speak up.

Requirements:
● Native English Speaker (from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, NZ, etc.).
● Experience in teaching children, drama, storytelling, or outdoor education is highly preferred.
● Energetic, patient, and comfortable working outdoors.
● Available for the full 5-day duration of the camp.
