**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our Branding & Marketing Team, which includes a Web Developer and a Branding Ambassador (Social Media & Content Specialist). This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative edge, someone who can enhance our online presence and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strong social media strategy that aligns with branding and marketing goals.
Oversee the Branding Ambassador and Web Developer to ensure cohesive branding and content strategies.
Create visually appealing content using Canva for social media, flyers, presentations, and marketing materials.
Plan, schedule, and manage content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (static posts, reels, and stories).
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster an interactive online community.
Collaborate with the team to create innovative branding campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance.
Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp.
Manage deadlines efficiently to ensure timely content delivery.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Canva (Intermediate to Advanced).
Strong branding, marketing, and content strategy knowledge.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Deep understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and analytics.
Attention to detail to ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables.
Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and guide the team effectively.
