About the Role

We are seeking a Senior BizOps Engineer with strong Oracle E‑Business Suite (R12) Technical and DevOps expertise to support and enhance mission‑critical financial systems. This role focuses on production support, DevOps enablement, automation, CI/CD implementation, and operational excellence across complex enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS R12 financial modules , strong PL/SQL and Unix skills , and proven ability to implement DevOps practices to improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle EBS Production Support & BizOps

• Provide day‑to‑day production support for Oracle EBS R12 applications.
• Perform issue triage, root cause analysis (RCA), and data fixes .
• Monitor and manage batch jobs, concurrent programs, and workflows .
• Debug PL/SQL code, workflows, and approval processes (AP/PO) .
• Manage Oracle Support SRs and actively participate in Oracle Web Conference (OWC) sessions.

DevOps & Automation

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Oracle EBS applications.
• Automate build, deployment, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with Development, Functional, and DBA teams to enable DevOps best practices.
• Use Jenkins, Bitbucket , and related tools for version control and deployment.

Technical Development & Integrations

• Design and support customizations, reports, conversions, and interfaces .
• Work with third‑party integrations including:
  • Boomi
  • Edicom
  • Oracle ISG
  • APRO
  • Noetix
  • GL Wand
• Develop and support BI Publisher reports, Oracle Reports, and Noetix .

System Stability, Monitoring & Performance

• Ensure system stability through performance tuning and proactive monitoring .
• Build observability dashboards using Splunk and Dynatrace .
• Improve reliability through automation and operational enhancements .

Documentation & Collaboration

• Create and maintain technical documentation , SOPs, deployment playbooks, and monitoring scripts.
• Support UAT, training, and audit requirements .
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure service quality, compliance, and security .

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Technical Skills

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite R12 (Technical & Production Support) .
• Strong expertise in:
  • SQL & PL/SQL
  • Oracle APIs
  • Inbound / outbound interfaces
  • Unix commands & shell scripting
• Strong functional understanding of Oracle Financial Modules :
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Procurement
