Strong expertise in Salesforce development, including Lightning Web Components, Apex programming, and core platform features, is required. Experience with system integration, APIs, DevOps practices, and tools like Jenkins is important, along with knowledge of large-scale implementations. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role requires regular collaboration with business partners.
