Work Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end full stack applications using Python (backend) and React (frontend).

• Build and integrate GenAI‑powered features such as intelligent assistants, document processing, summarization, and workflow automation.

• Develop RESTful / GraphQL APIs and backend services with high performance, security, and scalability.

• Implement responsive, reusable UI components using React , TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.

• Integrate applications with LLMs, vector databases, and AI services (prompt engineering, RAG patterns, agentic workflows).

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, performance optimization, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.

Mandatory Skills: Institutional Compliance .

Experience: 8-10 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
