• Litiz: Monday thru Friday 8-10h flexible; Saturday & Sunday days/afternoon
• Lancaster: Friday 9p-7a and Saturday 11p-7a
• Leola: Monday thru Friday 7a-3p (female staff only)

What You’ll Do: * Provide one-on-one home health nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes following an individualized home health plan of care * Work closely with families and case managers to ensure the highest level of pediatric home health care. * Deliver home health nursing interventions that match your skill level and comfort.
