Customer Service Representative – Mortgage Servicing (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Onsite, off I-10 and Ray Rd (by Ikea)

Training & Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM 

• Mandatory Training: 3 weeks on-site (Includes classroom, shadowing, and nesting)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from mortgage borrowers regarding payments, escrow, and general servicing
• Conduct outbound calls (auto-dialer) to remind borrowers of payments – not collections
• Provide website assistance, process payoffs, and refer eligible customers for refinancing
• Escalate calls appropriately and meet performance metrics
• Use internal servicing software and contribute feedback to improve the platform

Requirements:

• 1+ years of call center experience OR Finance/Banking/Mortgage Experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong reliability and attendance

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chandler, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Chandler,AZ.
