This role, starting at entry level, offers comprehensive training in fundamental marketing strategies, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. Successful completion of our program leads to a team lead position within the marketing department.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the growth and development of assigned event-based campaigns
• Assist in customer acquisition and retention efforts
• Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Drive sales through retail promotional event campaigns
