Maintenance Manager

Location: Wisconsin

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Shift

Position Overview

A well-established, multi-generation food manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a fully automated facility. This role oversees all equipment and facility maintenance while managing a team of four Maintenance Technicians and partnering closely with plant leadership. You must have recent food/beverage manufacturing experience to be considered!

Key Responsibilities

· Lead predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance programs

· Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and repair of production and facility equipment

· Manage maintenance and capital project budgets

· Supervise, train, and develop maintenance technicians

· Maintain accurate records to ensure GMP and FSMA compliance

· Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives

· Collaborate with Plant Manager and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

· Maintenance leadership experience in food or beverage manufacturing

· Strong background in automated production equipment

· Knowledge of GMP, FSMA, and food safety standards

· Experience with capital projects and budget management

· Proven leadership and team development skills
