Job Description
We are looking for a Detail-oriented Loader and Forklift Operator with prior warehouse experience. Expert in using sit -down forklift and loading /unloading to move fragile inventory safely. Proven track record of maintaining zero-damage quotas while meeting rigorous loading schedules and performing heavy manual/team lifting. schedule available 5:00AM- 2:00PM
salary: $18 - $18.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Loading/Unloading: Efficiently clearing floor-loaded containers or trailers, often requiring precision maneuvering in tight spaces.
- Team Lifting: Performing manual two-person lifts for oversized items or fragile units that cannot be clamped.
- Load Securing: Manually wrapping pallets, applying corner protectors, and using ratcheting straps to stabilize loads for transit.
- Specialized Attachment Use: Operating forklifts (SIT DOWN) to move un-palletized units.
- Pallet Building: Manually sorting and stacking smaller appliances (microwaves, toaster ovens) onto pallets for bulk storage.
