About The Role New York State - NYC Metro & Long Island Wren is seeking an experiences Installation Operations Manager to lead installation quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance across New York State. This is a field-based role responsible for ensuring every customer receives a seamless, high-quality kitchen installation experience. This role requires regular travel throughout NYC, Long Island, and surrounding regions. Candidates should live within reasonable commuting distance of a Wren showroom. Occasional travel to neighboring states may be required for training and team meetings. What Wren Offers:

Full-time salaried role (typically Monday - Friday), with occasional evenings or weekends based on customer needs. Main Responsibilities: As an Installation Operations Manager, you will own installation execution across your assigned territory, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost control while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing installation quality and on-time completion across your region
  • Conducting site visits to active installations to assess workmanship and installer performance
  • Managing and coordinating subcontract installation partners to maintain consistent standards
  • Acting as a regional escalation point for complex customer issues
  • Partnering with central Installation Coordinators to ensure fit timelines are achieved
  • Monitoring and controlling installation-related costs
  • Collaborating with manufacturing and distribution teams to drive product and process improvements
  • Supporting senior leadership with technical assessments and customer issue resolution

About You

You are an organized, customer-focused operations leader who thrives in a fast-moving field environment. You bring:
  • Experience in field operations, installation management, or home services
  • Proven ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple installations at different stages
  • Confidence working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Industry experience in kitchens, cabinetry, remodeling, or related home improvement sectors is preferred but not required. Additional Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel throughout New York State
  • Flexibility to support business needs during peak periods
