What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and mentoring project teams from kickoff to completion

Managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships

Overseeing sales and estimating for upcoming work

Representing the company at key client and stakeholder meetings

What We're Looking For:

10+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing construction project management experience

Sales and estimating expertise

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to solve challenges quickly and keep projects moving forward

Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without restrictions
