Job Description

1、本科及以上在校大学生，专业不限，可于2026年5月份尽快入职；

College student pursuing bachelor's degree or above, no major restriction;

2、做事细心严谨、有责任心，沟通表达能力良好，执行力强；

Careful, rigorous, responsible, with good communication and expression skills and strong execution ability; 3、熟悉 Office 办公软件，擅长文档整理、数据表格统计； Familiar with Office software, good at document sorting and data table statistics;

3、认同企业文化，对人才发展、企业文化、员工培训板块感兴趣；

Recognize the corporate culture and be interested in talent development, corporate culture and employee training;

4、能接受省内 / 省外短期出差，时间充裕、可稳定实习6个月及以上优先；

Able to accept short-term business trips within or outside the province, with sufficient time and able to intern stably for more than 6 months;

5、性格开朗踏实，有校园活动组织、学生干部经验者优先。

Cheerful and down-to-earth personality, with experience in campus activity organization or student cadre experience is preferred. 1、协助人才发展团队日常事务跟进、流程整理及资料归档工作； Assist the talent development team in daily affairs follow-up, process sorting and document filing;

2、负责企业文化日常宣贯、文案整理、活动落地协助及氛围营造；

Be responsible for the daily promotion of corporate culture, copy sorting, assistance in event implementation and atmosphere building;

3、对接校招生全流程培训事宜，包括培训通知、人员统筹、场地协调、现场执行及会后复盘；

Coordinate the whole-process training of campus recruits, including training notification, personnel coordination, venue arrangement, on-site execution and post-meeting review;

4、配合完成培训数据统计、台账整理、物料准备等相关工作；

Cooperate in completing training data statistics, account sorting, material preparation and other related work;

5、接受短期出差，支持线下培训、企业文化活动及校招相关落地执行。

Accept short-term business trips to support the implementation of offline training, corporate culture activities and campus recruitment related work.
