Job Description

Role: HEDIS Analyst / Healthcare Quality Specialist

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term contract

W2 Position

Responsibilities

Perform HEDIS data collection, validation, and reporting for Medicare and Medicaid programs.
Collaborate with providers, payers, and internal teams to ensure compliance with NCQA standards.
Analyze healthcare data to identify gaps in care and recommend interventions.
Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure accurate documentation.
Work closely with cross functional teams to meet audit and submission deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong background in Medicare and Medicaid programs .
Hands on experience with HEDIS measures, abstraction, and reporting .
Familiarity with NCQA guidelines and healthcare compliance standards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience in healthcare quality, data analysis, or clinical review.
