Job Summary
We’re looking for an energetic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and support our expansion plans. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, creative content, and data-driven decision-making, with a knack for inspiring teams and delivering measurable results.

Duties

  • Drive the end-to-end development and execution of Citizens’ marketing strategy, from ideation through implementation, to enhance brand presence and drive customer acquisition
  • Shape Citizens’ creative vision by developing innovative, brand-aligned marketing concepts that resonate with our audience
  • Accelerate revenue growth by driving customer acquisition and retention through targeted, data-informed marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.
  • Deliver comprehensive monthly marketing plans outlining strategic initiatives, creative direction, and execution timelines, ensuring alignment with quarterly goals
  • Successfully plan and execute four distinct seasonal campaign cycles aligned with key business periods within the year
  • Launch and manage a full in-house content pipeline, producing categorized high-quality marketing content aligned to brand standards
  • Manage and evaluate marketing campaign success through key performance metrics, providing regular actionable reporting to leadership for continuous optimization
  • Build and oversee a collaborations and partnerships program, encompassing influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic brand partnerships, with clear milestones for engagement. Sixth, guide the marketing sub-team by setting clear expectations, holding them accountable for outcomes, and supporting their development in alignment with marketing goals
  • Design, launch, and measure a customer loyalty or retention initiative, with success criteria tied to repeat customer growth or lifetime value
  • Establish and analyze a recurring customer insights process, such as guest sentiment or behavioral analysis, to inform and refine marketing strategies


What do we look for? 

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, social media platforms, and multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with advertising sales, performance marketing, and e-commerce platforms such as WordPress and HTML coding basics.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to craft engaging copywriting content tailored for diverse audiences while conducting market research to identify trends.
  • Experience managing budgets for campaigns and collaborating across teams
