Bob Boyte Honda - Brandon is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth at our dealership located in Brandon, MS. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a proven track record of success in automotive sales management, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and partners.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to sales staff to enhance productivity and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, automotive regulations, and ethical standards.
• Oversee inventory management and vehicle merchandising to maximize sales potential.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting related to the sales department.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or similar role in automotive sales.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive products, sales processes, and market trends.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions.
• Proficient in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours as needed.
