What You’ll Do:
Handle all aspects of family law cases, from client intake to resolution.
Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and negotiate settlements.
Provide strategic counsel and advocacy in divorce, custody, support, and related matters.
Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for family law.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3-5 years of experience in family law litigation and negotiations.
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
✔ A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
✔ Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active New Jersey Bar membership in good standing.
Interview Process:
Step 1: 1 hour screening interview with COO;
Step 2: onsite interview: 2-3 hours with CEO/Founder, Managing Attorney, and COO.
Also opportunity to meet the Director of Finance and Senior Paralegal (many times candidates have questions about how our paralegals support them).
Note: Salary+ uncapped productivity bonus.
We do not offer relocation assistance. We are only interested in people who have at least 5 years of experience as a family law attorney in NJ. If they are outside of a drivable distance to Woodbury, NJ, we would consider a remote situation for the right candidate.
There is a minimum billable hour target that must be met each month and an expectation for 1-2 networking-type of activities that work to generate business.
