Position Summary

As an Evening Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. Your role is essential in creating a positive and professional impression by greeting guests warmly, managing incoming calls, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a courteous and attentive manner
• Direct visitors and callers to the appropriate department or staff member
• Answer and route incoming telephone calls efficiently
• Coordinate communication between customers and departments
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs
• Perform additional duties as assigned
