Job Description

We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Account Representatives . In this role, you'll represent nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach campaigns throughout the local area, helping raise awareness and generate donor support.

No prior experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations professionally at community events and outreach locations
• Engage with members of the public through face-to-face conversations
• Educate potential donors about nonprofit missions, programs, and impact
• Generate donor support and campaign participation
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Accurately track outreach activities and campaign results
• Maintain a positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude throughout each event

Qualifications

• No experience necessary—we provide paid training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
