Position: Compliance & Regulatory Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $90$125/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Build long-horizon compliance tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
• Develop scenarios in policy and program design regulatory tracking and assessments with checkable answers.
• Create policies and training materials covering required elements and defined curricula.
• Conduct rule change analyses with ground-truth applicability decisions.
• Design risk assessments with defined scoring and DPIAs with correct control mappings.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve task quality.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3 years in compliance privacy or regulatory affairs.
• Expertise in GDPR CCPA/CPRA SOX AML/KYC or the EU AI Act .
• Proficiency in producing compliance artifacts: policies risk assessments training materials regulatory change memos.
• Clear written communication; ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.

Preferred

• CIPP CAMS JD or equivalent certifications.

Compensation & Legal

• Hourly contractor Paid weekly .
