Job Description

Salary: $37,500 - 53,500 per year Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to type 50 WPM and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook
• One to two years experience in data entry required
• Competent keyboarding skills, including adept use of the 10-key pad
• Capacity to uphold confidentiality and adhere to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance

• Accurately input data from medical claims and attachments into the DHS MMIS system
• Verify and review information for precision
• Utilize Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Participate in cross-training with other departments, such as mail room and document control
• Meet specified production and quality benchmarks
• Assist in departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing overall efficiency
