Are you a master multitasker who loves precision and fast-paced systems? We are seeking a high-energy Data Entry & Order Fulfillment Specialist to act as the driving engine behind our client's daily operations!
In this role, you will navigate their CRM and tracking ecosystems to translate high-volume incoming requests into flawless logistics data. You will be the vital link between their active Sales Team, internal departments, and key accounts to ensure their specialty products deliver right on time. salary: $20 - $24 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Drive Daily Operations: Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle—from initial entry and pricing verification to tracking delivery dates and updating shipping statuses.
- Be the Team Liaison: Act as the ultimate hub between the Sales Team, internal departments, and the logistics floor to guarantee on-time delivery commitments.
- Analyze & Report: Run daily operational reports, handle invoicing, manage specialized client accounts, and process chargebacks, credits, or returns.
- Solve Problems in Real Time: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and sales inquiries, navigating discrepancies quickly to ensure total satisfaction.
- Refine Workflows: Work with minimal supervision to identify operational bottlenecks and help streamline daily order processing and data tracking.
