This opportunity involves taking new provider NH Medicaid applications from start to finish in addition to updating existing providers in NH Medicaid. Responsibilities
As a Transaction Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Entering data from source documents into the prescribed computer database, files, and forms
• Transcribing information into the required electronic format
• Obtaining further information for incomplete documents
• Combining and rearranging data from source documents where required
• Maintaining logbooks or records of activities and tasks
• Printing information when required
• Complying with data integrity and security policies
• Assisting with other duties as assigned
Requirements: - Must have experience working with Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Minimum 1-2 experience working in a business environment
- Great organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet or exceed deadlines
- Ability to prioritize and multiple-task
- Good analytical, comprehension, and problem solving skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Must be able to work independently and as a team member
