Job Title: Contingent Workforce Specialist
Position Type: 1-year contract
Location:  San Jose, CA 95110
Work Model: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)
Pay Rate $40 - $42/hr. on w2

Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Contingent Workforce Program
• Support managers on CW policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Review and approve new worker requests
• Act as the first escalation point for CW-related issues
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Partner with internal teams on audits and special projects
• Maintain and update process documentation

Required Skills & Experience:
• 2–3 years in contingent workforce, staffing, or HR operations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Workday, VNDLY, ServiceNow (preferred)
• Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and process improvement mindset
