Affirmed Homecare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide dedicated in-home care for an elderly client. This is a per diem opportunity for Sundays , ideal for caregivers looking to supplement their schedule while making a meaningful impact.
Sundays | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Provide attentive, one-on-one care in a private home setting
Support client with daily living activities (ADLs)
Offer companionship and emotional support
Monitor and report any changes in condition
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Follow individualized care plans and clinical guidance
Active New Jersey CHHA certification
Prior experience working with dementia or memory care patients required
Patient, compassionate, and attentive demeanor
Strong communication and observational skills
Ability to work independently in a home setting
Reliable and punctual
