Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential daily care to patients in a healthcare setting. The CNA will assist with activities of daily living, monitor patient conditions, support licensed nursing staff, and ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
  
• Measure and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, respiration)
  
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
  
• Provide basic patient care under supervision of licensed nurses
  
• Maintain patient hygiene, comfort, and safety
  
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
  
• Assist with feeding and record intake/output
  
• Maintain clean and safe patient environment
  
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
  
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  

Requirements

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment (required)
  
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
  
• CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required depending on facility)
  
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  
• Previous CNA experience preferred but not required (entry-level accepted in some cases)
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
  
• Physical ability to perform patient care duties safely
  

Experience

0–2+ years preferred (varies by facility)

Education

High School Diploma / GED minimum

Certifications

• CNA Certification (Required)
