Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time
• Daylight or Evening Shifts Monday-Saturday

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive-thru
• Learn all positions, including headset or order taking, monitor or bagging, and window, or in other areas of the restaurant
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
