Job Description

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Milan, MI. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support to clients in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their lives. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Help clients with mobility and transferring as needed
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition to supervisors
• Follow care plans and protocols established by healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to pass background checks
• Must have own transportation to make it to the client home and back
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient with a genuine desire to help others
• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting or assisting clients
