• Providing Radiology services for 5 locations.
• Established in 1949. This group has deep connections and stability.
• 20 total Radiologists.
• Growing subspecialized radiology practice
• Serving a growing number of independent facilities
• Overnight coverage provided by internal nighthawks and back-up call for all subspecialties.
• Advanced Practice Providers who support with management of clinical services and routine procedures.

Benefits:

• Base Salary: $600,000 / year
• Sign On Bonus: $50K! (25K year 1 and 25K at year 2)
• Additional Bonuses: 40K Annually
• Partnership available within 2 years

About this role:

• Breast Radiologist
• Location: Gastonia, NC. 20 minutes from Charlotte, NC.
• Group covers services for a 5 facilities including a 450 bed hospital.
• Very well established in the area and has long standing hospital contracts to remain independent.
• 8am - 5pm eastern time schedule.
• Call: Every 4-6 Weeks. (No Call required if not on Partner Track)
• Collaboration with other rads during entire shift never working alone
• Typical Volume: 75 wRVU's
• Daily screening and diagnostic exams and biopsies, including same-day biopsy
• 100% Breast Care
• Dedicated breast sonographers
• Dedicated Certified Radiology Breast Imaging Navigator
• Hologic mammography, Phillips US, DynaCad for MRI
• Fully integrated electronic medical records (EPIC), voice recognition (Powerscribe 360), robust PACS (McKesson) and on-site IT
• full complement of breast imaging services including screening and diagnostic 3D mammography
• screening Automated Breast Ultrasound, diagnostic ultrasound and breast MRI.
• ? Breast interventions include stereotactic, ultrasound and MR-guided biopsies, as well as traditional wire and SaviScout localizations

Background Desired:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology
• Breast Radiologist
• Eligible to acquire a North Carolina state license
• The physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care
