Position Overview
We are currently hiring an enthusiastic Appointment Setter for immediate start in Columbus. This role focuses on communicating with potential customers, scheduling appointments, and supporting outreach initiatives for client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact prospective customers to schedule appointments
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services
* Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers
* Confirm and update appointment details in company records
* Follow up with leads and maintain organized scheduling
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable speaking with customers in a professional setting
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
