Job Description

Now Hiring for Spring & Summer 2026!

Looking for a fun, fast-paced job where you can work with great people and be part of an energetic team?

At Highlands Aerial Park, we create memorable outdoor experiences for our guests every day. Our Guest Services & Operations team plays a key role in making those experiences smooth, organized, and enjoyable from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and being part of a team—no prior experience required.

What This Role Looks Like

As an Adventure Park Team Member, you’ll be at the center of daily park operations—helping guests get checked in, answering questions, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a guest-facing, open-air role based primarily around our main operations areas (check-in, staging, and park flow).

Many team members start in this role and have the opportunity to grow into guide positions over time.

  • Flexible, booking-based schedule (not a traditional 9–5)
  • No experience required – full training provided
  • Opportunities to grow into guide roles and increased responsibilities
  • Additional earning opportunities may be available as responsibilities grow
  • Full pay structure is reviewed during the interview process
  • The salary range shown is required by job boards. This role is primarily hourly with a flexible, part-time schedule. Actual earnings depend on hours worked and responsibilities.

  • Assist with daily operations, including opening/closing tasks
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
  • Communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • Jump in wherever needed to support the team

Schedule & Availability

  • Most team members start in late May as schools let out, with opportunities to begin earlier depending on availability
  • This is not a traditional 9–5 role—hours vary based on bookings and seasonality
  • Some days are longer, some are shorter
  • When not actively assisting guests, time may be used for additional duties
  • Weekend and holiday availability is required
  • Flexible scheduling available based on your availability

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to help wherever needed
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay organized and attentive to detail

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old (14–15 will be considered for limited roles)
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable being active (walking, standing for extended periods)
  • Able to communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Benefits

Why Join Our Team?
